A bowl of plain noodles might be a prime example of minimalist dining, but PearFiction Studios delivers another prime example of maximalist design. The studio loves to pack in as many features as humanly possible into its games, of which Noodle Riches is another. The team has whipped up a real smorgasbord of struggling student dining, arcade game entertainment, a pinch of high-end noodle wealth and a sprinkled clowder of cats over the top. If that sounds like a tempting bowl of slot soup, feel free to gorge, and to be fair, the playful theme gives Noodle Riches a fun personality.

From a mechanical standpoint, there is a lot to digest, but what makes it easier to do so is the fact that most of the effects here are common to both PearFiction Studios and the wider Games Global family as a whole. What is there to say about growing jackpots and multi Pot feature slots which hasn't been said many times in the past? Not a lot, and as usual, the impression is that players who enjoy this sort of ingredient list of features in general should be able to enjoy them again here - and vice versa for the haters, or those who are just tired of this style. A couple of things stand out. One is that Noodle Riches serves four Pot features rather than the usual three, though, while there is nothing repellent about the four modifiers, there's nothing excitingly original about them either. Second, the Catchinko bonus is an amusing theme-based method of potentially awarding a jackpot.

But, Noodle Riches belongs to a style of game that's probably not best to choose from if originality is a major concern. Having said that, the Catchinko bonus is quite neat, and the Grand Jackpot is a big one; however, you will need to patiently grow it to full capacity from 1,000x to 25,000x (equalling the max win), which might take some time, and this game does not have any kind of jackpot maximising value symbol or feature. Still, if cluttered, wacky, visually noisy slots with familiar PearFiction Studios features sound appetising, then it might be best to put Noodle Riches on the sample list.
